• Undertake the entire process of submission and approvals with the landlord, namely concept deck, architectural and MEP technical drawings, Equipment selection specifications, control samples and material board
• Prequalification of contractors and vendors for client’s approval
• Assistance in appointing and managing deliverables of AOR (Architects Of Record), MEP Consultant, BOH/Kitchen Planning Design Consultant, Lighting Designer and AV expert
• Design coordination between the team of consultants in order to ensure no compromise to aesthetics, efficiency and safety standards Monitoring progress and timely delivery of all entities
• Oversee the process and secure authority approval for Back of the house and kitchen layout
