About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director with strong buildings experience to join one of Dubai’s premier developers on a secondment basis. This high-profile role will focus on managing major projects in the UAE, with an emphasis on hotels, residential buildings, and villa developments. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in overseeing large-scale projects from inception through completion, ensuring world-class quality, on-time delivery, and seamless coordination among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of major building projects, from initial planning to successful handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex residential, hotel, and villa developments.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, including developers, consultants, and contractors.
• Drive project quality standards, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, design specifications, and operational goals.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, maintaining consistent project momentum and excellence in delivery.
• Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the project management team, mentoring junior staff and ensuring optimal performance.

Requirements:

• A degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale building projects, including hotels, residential towers, and villa communities.
• Proven ability to deliver major projects in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local construction regulations and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with a track record of driving successful outcomes in complex project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all parties.
